The Great War is a service of PBS that supports their multipart TV/VHS presentation on World War I. The site provides a handy timeline plus other interactive features useful for teachers in their classrooms.

The Rise of Adolf Hitler covers a wide variety of topics on Hitler and Nazi Germany and is a component of The History Place.

Trenches on the Web an excellent source for those looking for materials on World War I.

World War I Document Archive an major archive of primary documents compiled by those interested in World War I.

World War II Documents made available through the Avalon Project at Yale Law School.

World War II Poster Collection is a listing of World War II posters created by Northwestern University.
