Indiana Council for History Education a great site from our sister organization in the Hoosier State. Kansas Council for Economic Education offers a wide-range of activities for K-12 educators who seek to bring economic concerns to their classes. Kansas Council for Social Studies a site devoted to the furtherance of Social Science education in Kansas. Kansas Geographic Alliance promotes a Kansas geography through meetings, lesson plans, and other helpful activities. Kansas State Department of Education is devoted to the overall enhancement of education achievements for Kansas students and teachers. Kansas State
Historical Society provides up-to-date information concerning
exhibits and news relating to the Kansas State Historical Society. Midwest
Center for Holocaust Education offers materials and support for
middle and high school teachers seeking materials concerning teaching the
Holocaust. National Council for History Education is devoted to the furtherance of excellence in the teaching of history in the nation's public and private schools. National Council for Public History offers information on grants and publications. Organization of American Historians the major organization of professionals of American history.
