Civil War Women from Duke University offers teachers the use of online primary source documents and is a great site for bringing the American Civil War alive for their students. Concise Bibliography on the American Civil War a vast array of books available concerning the Civil War, War Between the States if you are a neo-confederate, including the Border War in Kansas and Missouri as well as Reconstruction. Excellent for both teachers and students seeking information in this exciting field. Confederate Constitution is a text comparison with the U.S. Constitution and is another in a series of sites provided by the Avalon Project at Yale. Music of the American Civil War provides the sounds of the American Civil War and is a splendid site for educators to use while covering this subject.
